Guild Meetings

Guild Meetings are held the third Monday of every month at
the Pittsburg Presbyterian Church on the corner of 6th & Pine
in Pittsburg, KS.  The meetings is usually split into two (2) one hours segments.
The first hour is a short business meeting with announcements and Show
& Tell.  The second hour is reserved for the monthly program.  Below is a
list of things for guild members to bring to each guild meeting:
 

1.  Name Tag (If you forget yours, you will pay a fine of $0.25
that will be donated to various quilting projects.)

2.  Return Library Books (Books can be checked out at each
guild meeting.  There is a fine for each month the book is late
that will be donated to various quilting projects.)

3.  Block of the Month - pick up your pattern at the meeting, they will

not be in the newsletter this year.

4.  Show and Tell!  (Quilters are encouraged to bring a finished
project to the guild meetings to show everyone!  However, there
is $1.00 fee to pay if you show a UFO!  That fee will be used for
various guild projects.)

5.  Bring a smile!

6.  Spill proof drink.

7.  Community Quilt.  (The guild makes small quilts that are donated to
organizations within the community.)
